氧化槐定碱对大鼠海马脑区电活动及其功率谱的影响 被引量:1

The Effect of Oxysophoridine on Electric Activities and its Power Spectrum of Hippocampus in Rats

摘要 目的:观察氧化槐定碱(Oxysophoridine,OSR)对麻醉大鼠海马区脑生物电(EEG)变化及其功率谱的影响。方法:利用脑立体定位技术,将电极置入大鼠海马脑区,采用单极引导法及计算机辅助FFT技术记录并分析氧化槐定碱对大鼠海马脑生物电变化的影响。结果:侧脑室注射(icv)氧化槐定碱2.5、5、10mg/只,大鼠海马脑电图出现以低幅慢波为主并伴有梭形睡眠波的波形,脑电总功率有一定下降,主频略有后移(P<0.05),θ波占总频率比例明显升高(P<0.05),但δ波比例下降(P<0.05),主频后移。结论:氧化槐定碱具有中枢抑制作用,其作用与降低海马脑生物电活动有关;海马核团可能是氧化槐定碱中枢抑制作用传导环路上的结构之一。 Objective:AIM To observe the effect of Oxysophoridine (OSR) on the alteration of EEG and the power spectrum of hippocampus in anaesthetized rat.Methods:With the equipment of brain stereotactic apparatus,microelectrode was implant into hippocampus of cerebral cortex.Unipolar lead and computerized FFT technique were employed to record and analyze the effect of Oxysophoridine on the bioelectricity change of hippocampus in rats.Results:The EEG of hippocampus mainly characterized with low amplitude and slow waves accompanied by spindle-formed sleeping waves while the total power reduced to some degree and the basic frequency slightly shifted backward.The ratio of θwaves to total frequency increased significantly (P 0.05) and δwaves decreased(P 0.05) with basic frequency shifted backward in rats administrated(icv) with Oxysophoridine at the dose of 2.5、5、10mg /rat.Conclusion:Oxysophoridine possess central inhibitory effect and its mechanism may associated with the reduction of bioelectricity in hippocampus.The nucleus in hippocampus may serve as one part of the structure for conducting the central inhibitory effect of oxysophoridine.
