真空电弧炉炉体提升机构的ANSYS优化设计 被引量:1

Optimization design by ANSYS for lifting system of vacuum arc furnace

摘要 本文结合我所实际样机VCF-3T悬臂式真空电弧炉,对炉体提升机构进行建模分析,把实际受力模型简化为力学模型,对主要承力部件(如立柱)受力分析,得到立柱应力最大部位及应力值。再对实际设备模型进行简化,建立有限元模型,将模型受力分析的应力云图与实际计算得到的数值进行对比,检验现有有限元模型的正确性。在此基础上,结合电弧炉结构尺寸间的关系,将现有几何模型参数化,得到参数化的电弧炉有限元模型。利用有限元分析中的优化模块,在模型满足强度、刚度等条件的基础上,对立柱、炉体的半径和厚度进行优化,使机械结构达到质量最轻、充分发挥材料的性能。同时,将VB语言运用于ANSYS调用分析界面,实现直观的人机界面系统,在产品系列化设计中,减少重复建模的工作量。文中采用的参数优化方法是结构优化设计理论方法的一个重要发展,将其运用到结构设计中具有重要的实用价值。 A mechanical model was developed for the lifting system of a prototype of the VCF-3T cantilevered vacuum arc furnace we developed,then the maximum stress position/value of cantilever post was obtained with a FEA model given through simplification.The correctness of the FEA model was verified via the comparison between the cloud chart of stress and actually computed values.Taking account of the structural dimensions of the arc furnace,the geometrical model of the prototype was parametrized so as to obtain the relevant FEA model of the arc furnace structure.Optimization modules used in FEA were applied to optimizing the cantilever post,radius of furnace body and furnace wall thickness under conditions that the parametrized FEA model satisfies the strength and stiffness requirements,thus minimizing the weight of lifting system by making use of the materials’ properties to the most.Meanwhile,the VB language was used in ANSYS to implement the visual man-machine interface with the intention of raducing the work load in repeated modeling to benefit the design of series products.The parametrization/optimization method proposed in the design is an important development of design theory,which is worthy to apply in structural design.
