摘要
为了解决大断面、小净距隧道爆破施工对既有隧道的震动影响,采用微震控制爆破,有效控制了震动速度,确保新建隧道施工过程中既有隧道正常运营。详细介绍了大帽山新建隧道钻爆施工的设计、爆破控制、振动监测等内容:采取楔形掏槽、孔内外延期非电微差起爆技术,严格控制最大一段起爆药量等措施,爆破达到了预期效果,可为类似工程提供参考。
In order to solve the vibration influence on the existing tunnel caused by blasting construction of tunnel with large section and small clear distance, slight vibration controlled blasting was used to effectively control vibration velocity and ensure normal tunnel operation during construction of the new tunnel. Contents such as drilling and blasting design, blasting control and vibration monitoring of new Damaoshan Tunnel are introduced in detail in this paper. Wedge cut and nonelectric millisecond blasting in and out of holes were used and the initiating charge of maximum blasting section strictly controlled, which helped to reach the prospected effect. The results can be used as reference for such similar projects.
