摘要
对一株从发光猪肉中分离到的发光细菌(PB-CS-01)进行了形态结构与培养特征的观察、生化特征研究以及16S rRNA基因序列分析。结果表明,该菌为革兰氏阴性球杆菌,在温度为18~22℃及盐浓度为1.5%~3.0%的培养基中生长良好,在光照好氧及厌氧条件下都能生长,发蓝绿色光。16S rRNA基因序列分析表明该菌与GenBank中Photobacterium phosphoreum的同源性水平达100%,结合菌株的形态学和生化学特性,鉴定为Photobacterium phosphoreum。该菌对小鼠无急性致病性;对链霉素、复方新诺明和头孢呋辛等多种抗菌药物敏感;新洁尔灭、戊二醛等常用消毒剂能杀死该菌。
A photobaterium strain named PB-CS-01 was isolated from commercially available glowing pork and the biological identification and characterization was also performed.Strain PB-CS-01 was characterized as a gram-negative bacterium that could be best grown in agar medium supplemented with 1.5%~3.0% salt at 18~22 ℃,and it can also grow well in aerobic conditions with light as well as in anaerobic conditions.Interestingly,this bacterium can give blue-green light.The PB-CS-01 was identified as Photobacterium phosphoreum according to its colony morphological properties,biochemical properties and the 16S rRNA sequence analysis.Pathogenic assay and drug-sensitivity test indicated that PB-CS-01 has no acute pathogenicity to mouse and highly sensitive to antibiotics,such as streptomycin,cotrimoxazole,cefuroxime,etc.
