摘要
法向力是影响直线伺服电机运动性能的主要原因之一。采用有限元分析的方法对直线伺服电机的两种法向力进行分析,分析了推力、法向力与气隙长度的关系。通过采用傅立叶级数进行非线形回归分析,得到电机初级与次级之间法向力的公式。在实际应用中,可以利用得到的公式对推力波动进行补偿,提高直线伺服电机的运动性能。通过增加直线伺服电机底板厚度来解决机床隔磁的问题。
The normal force is one of the key factors which affects the properties of a linear servo motor.Two kinds of the normal force of the linear servo motor are analyzed by using finite element analysis.The relations between thrust,normal force and air gap length are analyzed.The formula of the normal force between the motor′s primary and secondary parts are obtained through Fourier series nonlinear regress.The obtained formula can be utilized to compensate thrust ripple in practical application and improve the motion performance of the linear servo motor.Magnetic sepration was figured out through increasing the thickness of the base of the linear servo motor.
