摘要
针对立井箕斗定重装载系统闸门关闭所需提前量难以设定,从而导致实际装载质量与系统设定值不一致的问题,利用Simulink软件对立井箕斗定重装载过程进行了建模与仿真,并对不同装载速度下闸门关闭所需的提前量进行了计算,有利于提高系统的装载精度,满足定重装载要求。
In view of the problems, such as the skip weight-fixed loading system in vertical shaft is difficult to set the strobe closing amount in advance, the actual load weigh is different with the system setting, take use of simulink software build model and simulate the system, calculated the strobe closing amount of advance in different loading speeds, help to improve the accuracy of the loading system to meet the requirement of weight-fixed loading.
