摘要
目的：观察中西药物联合保守治疗输卵管妊娠的临床疗效。方法：200例输卵管妊娠患者随机分为两组,观察组采用氨甲喋呤（MTX）单次肌肉注射加服米非司酮及中药,对照组采用氨甲喋呤（MTX）单次肌肉注射,加服中药。常规检测血β-HCG,定期B超复查盆腔包块至消失,比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组成功率84%,对照组成功率69%,观察组血β-HCG降至正常时间明显短于对照组,疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）,且毒副作用小;结论：中西医结合保守治疗输卵管妊娠疗效确切,且用药方便、安全,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To study the effect of methotrexate（MTX）,mifepristone and traditional Chinese Medicine on the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods：200 tubal pregnancy cases were randomly divided two groups.The study group were injected MTX by intramuscular injection,while the mifepristone and chinese medicine were taken orally.The control group were injected MTX by single intramuscularly and taken Chinese medicine.the level ofβ-HCG and B-ultrasonic monitoring were regularly taken.The therapeutic effect was compared between two groups.Results：The cure rate was 84% in the study group while the control was 69%.The β-HCG level decreasing time in study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group（P0.05）.There had no significant differences in side effects between two groups.Conclusion：integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective in treatment of ectopic pregnancy.It is a therapy of convenience and safe.
