摘要 羟基酪醇(hydroxytyrosol)是从橄榄油中提取的一种天然抗氧化剂。基于它的强抗氧化性,羟基酪醇被广泛应用于食品、医疗、美容等行业之中。本文通过介绍国内外关于羟基酪醇在防癌抗癌、抗炎症、心脑血管疾病的预防及治疗、防治冠心病、保护视网膜色素上皮细胞等方面的研究,探究了国内外研究羟基酪醇的作用机制及研究进展。 Hydroxytyrosol is a natural anti-oxidant extracted from the olive oil.Based on its strong anti-oxidation, hydroxytyrosol is widely used in food,medical treatment,beauty and other industries.The functional mechanism and study progress of hydroxytyrosol at home and abroad were explored by introducing the functions of hydroxytyrosol on anti-cancer,anti-inflammatory,prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease,prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease,protection of retinal pigment epithelial cells,etc.
