摘要
目的探讨计划生育手术致子宫穿孔的原因及治疗措施。方法回顾性分析我院2008年1月至2010年2月收治的子宫穿孔患者23例的临床资料。结果手术治疗20例,术后均给予抗感染及对症支持治疗痊愈出院,住院最长35天,最短1O天。保守疗法治疗的3例患者应用抗生素、子宫收缩剂治疗5天后,因胚胎组织未吸出,经阴道人工流产术后均痊愈成功出院。结论计划生育手术前没有对子宫的位置、大小、软硬度等病情做出具体的了解,以及操作因素引起子宫穿孔。
Objective To investigate the family planning operation causes uterine perforation and treatment measures.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2008 to February 2010 were treated uterine perforation into the clinical data of 23 patients.Results of surgical treatment in 20 cases,surgery were treated with anti-infection treatment and supportive treatment were discharged,hospital up to 35 days,the shortest 10 days.Conservative treatment of 3 patients were treated with antibiotics,uterotonic drugs 5 days after the embryonic tissue is not due to aspiration,vaginal abortion patients were cured successfully discharged.Conclusion not on the uterus before the operation of family planning the location,size,hardness,a concrete understanding of such conditions,and operating factors of uterine perforation.
