摘要
采用水提、酸提、碱提三种方法提取紫贻贝多糖,提取率分别为7·9%、3·5%、8·3%。体外抗氧化活性研究结果表明:紫贻贝多糖对羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基和亚硝酸根均有清除能力,且随着多糖浓度增加呈相关关系,还原力测定也获得类似结果。不同提取方法获得的多糖样品抗氧化能力有差异,水提和碱提多糖要优于酸提多糖。
Polysaccharides from Mytilus edulis were extracted by three methods of water,acid,alkaline,and the extraction yield was 7.9%,3.5% and 8.3%,respectively.Their antioxidant activity in vitro was detected with spectrophotometric method,which indicated that the polysaccharides from Mytilus edulis had effect on the capacity of hydroxyl radical,superoxide anion radical and nitrite scavenging,as well as the determination of reducing power.And its antioxidant activity increased gradually with increasing concentrations.Polysaccharide obtained by different extraction methods showed different antioxidant activities,while water extract and alkali extract had stronger activity than acid extract.
