摘要
利用BIOLOG技术研究了宁夏南部山区马铃薯连作、冬麦连作、倒茬利用方式对土壤生物学特性、土壤微生物群落结构、功能的影响。结果表明:土壤微生物量碳、氮总体表现为冬麦连作(对照)〉迎茬马铃薯〉马铃薯连作栽培;马铃薯连作栽培显著提高了土壤微生物量碳/氮比。马铃薯连作5年、10年及迎茬栽培马铃薯土壤在培养48 h时,平均颜色变化率(AWCD值)分别比对照土壤提高了9.91,10.98,2.86倍。马铃薯持续连作多年后,土壤微生物对单一碳源底物的利用能力仍然较高,土壤微生物群落利用碳源的功能多样性也较高。培养96 h时,各供试土壤微生物群落Shannon指数的差异达极显著水平。土体中多聚化合物、氨基酸、碳水化合物是土壤微生物利用的主要碳源;根际土壤中微生物主要利用的碳源为氨基酸、多聚化合物、糖类物质。马铃薯迎茬、连作栽培后土壤细菌/真菌的比例和对照土壤相比,分别减少了64.70%,9.18%~32.11%,连作会使土壤类型从细菌型向真菌型转化。
Soil microbial properties and the change of soil microbial community function and structure among potato continuous cropping,winter wheat continuous cropping and potato normal rotation in the south mountain areas in Ningxia were studied by using the BIOLOG technology.The result showed that the change tendency of soil microbial biomass carbon /nitrogen were as follow: winter wheat continuous croppingpotato normal rotationpotato continuous cropping,the ratio of soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen were obviously increased under the condition of potato continuous cropping.On 48 hour incubation,the average well color development(AWCD) under the condition of potato normal rotation and potato continuous cropping,which were significant increased 9.91,10.98 and 2.86 times separately.After the medium period(5~10 years) of potato continuous cropping,there are still have more high carbon-substrate utilization ability and soil microorganism carbon substrate using function diversity.There are an obviously difference about soil microbial community's richness(Shannon index) at 96 h under the different land using pattern.Soil microorganism in the rhizosphere soil were mainly using aminoacids,polymers,carbonhydrate as the carbon source.The ratio of bacteria colony-forming unit(CFU) and fungi were separately decreased the percent of 64.70%,9.18%~32.11%.Potato continuous cropping caused that the soil would be turned into fungi type from bacterium type.
