羌塘自然保护区土壤微生物数量及其生物活性研究

摘要 为了探讨羌塘自然保护区高寒草地土壤微生物数量组成及获得新药物先导化合物,选择土壤质地、植被类型基本一致,海拔高度不同的8个样地,采用稀释平皿分离测数及琼脂块法研究了土壤微生物数量及与生态因子的相关性、微生物酶活性和拮抗性。结果表明:研究区域微生物总数量为细菌占绝对优势,其次是放线菌,真菌数量最少。相关性分析表明,海拔高度、有机质与微生物各类群均具有显著或极显著负相关性,土壤含水量与微生物各类群呈正相关,除真菌与pH值呈负相关外,其他微生物类群与pH值呈正相关,且达到了极显著水平。羌塘自然保护区高寒草地土壤微生物产酶活性较强,但拮抗性较弱,揭示了从碱性高寒草甸土中筛选到高拮抗活性菌株的可能性较小。 In order to explore the number of the composition and screen new drug lead compounds about soil microorganisms from alpine meadow in Qiangtang nature reserve,we chose 8 different altitude sample plots but with basically unanimous types of soil and vegetation,dilution plate-and agar block methods were employed to study the relevance between quantity of soil microorganisms and ecological factor,enzyme activity and antagonism of microorganisms.The results showed: among the total amount of the soil microorganisms,bactoria are dominant,then actinomyces,and the amount of fungi is the least.Correlation analysis showed that altitude,organic matter and different group of microorganisms had a significant or a very significant negative correlation relevance,the relation between soil moisture and different groups of microorganisms was positive correlation,all groups of microorganisms had very significant positive correlation with pH but fungus.The enzyme activity of soil microorganisms from alpine meadow in Qiangtang nature reserve was strong,but antagonism was weak,it had little possibility to select high antagonism strains from alkaline soil in alpine meadow.
