摘要
为研究喷孔形状对喷气织机辅助喷嘴喷射效果的影响,利用Solidworks建立辅助喷嘴喷射流道的几何模型,并通过Fluent采用RNG k-ε二方程湍流模型对高压高速可压缩的气流三维模型进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明,对于等效温度下的高压理想气流,在相同供气压力下,随着辅助喷嘴管内截面积的减小,管内气体速度反而增加,所研究的4种孔型的辅助喷嘴气流射出能力依次为7圆孔型>单矩形孔型>双圆孔型>单圆孔型。模拟结果可对喷气织机辅助喷嘴的优化提供参考。
The effect of orifice-form on the ejecting of an auxiliary nozzle of air-jet loom is simulated.A geometrical model of the ejecting channel is built up with Solidworks,and the turbulent air-jet with RNG k-ε model is simulated based on Fluent.The simulation reveals that the gas velocity increases with the auxiliary nozzle pipe inner-sectional area decreasing under the same pressure of supply gas with respect to ideal high pressure air flow at equivalent temperature,and the ejecting capacity of four orifice forms of auxiliary nozzle supplied with the same air-pressure showed the following order: 7 circular orifices single rectangular orifice circular twin-orifice single circular orifice.The results of simulation provide a reference for optimizing parameters of auxiliary nozzle of air-jet loom.
