摘要
为了考察缺陷率对回购契约不同参数的影响,将产品缺陷率纳入供应链回购契约中,并视缺陷率和契约参数为模糊数,运用函数原理、梯级平均积分描述法构建了一个基于不可修复缺陷情境下的供应链模糊回购契约,探讨了该模糊回购契约的可行性.数值分析表明,缺陷率对回购契约不同参数的影响程度不同,当产品缺陷率资料缺乏以及供应商与零售商对协调参数存在异议时,构建模糊回购契约是一个可行和有效的方法.
In order to study the impact of the defect rate on different parameters in buyback contract, the product defect rate is incorporated into the buyback contract, and the product defect rate and coordination parameters are regarded as fuzzy number too. Then a supply chain fuzzy buyback contract based on the context of unrepairable defect is built by using function principle and graded mean integration representation, and the feasibility of the fuzzy buyback contract is investigated. Numerical analysis shows that the impact of defect rate on different parameters in buyback contract is different. Building a fuzzy buyback contract is an effective and feasible method when decision-makers do not have information on product defect rate and there are differences between suppliers and retailers for coordination parameters.
