全球价值链分工条件下产业高度与人力资源的关系——以中国第二产业为例 被引量:42

The Cointegration Analysis of Industrial Structure and Human Resources under the Global Value Chain——Based on the Secondary Industry

摘要 全球价值链分工条件下,一国产业高度不再仅仅反映在各产业产值和就业人数比例结构方面,更重要地体现在一国产业在全球价值链分工中所处的环节高度上。为有效反映一国产业高度,本文以中国和美国产业就业人均产值之比构建人均GDP增值指数,代表中国各产业在全球价值链分工中所处的环节高低,采用中国和美国1978—2008年的数据,运用协整和误差修正模型,对全球价值链分工条件下产业高度和人力资源之间的关系进行实证研究。结果表明:全球价值链分工条件下,第二产业人力资源是第二产业产业内分工高度的直接影响原因。人力资源质量因子对产业内分工高度起正向促进作用,而人力资源数量因子对产业内分工高度起反向消极作用。 Under the division of global value chain,the height of industrial structure depends more on its status in global value chain than on the proportion of different industries.The paper adopted "index of GDP value added per capita" which is the ratio of GDP per capita between China and US to reflect the true height of industrial structure under the division of global value chain.The paper makes an cointegration analysis on the relationship between the height of industrial structure and human resources based on the data from 1978 to 2008.The result shows that human resources are important factors that influence the height of industrial structure.The quality of human resource can promote the industrial structure upgrading while its quantity is a negative factor.
