摘要
在Gleeble-1500D热模拟机上利用热膨胀-金相法测定了30MnCr22钢在不同冷却速度下连续冷却转变的膨胀曲线,获得了30MnCr22钢的连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线),并利用ZEISS显微镜观察了不同冷却速度下试样的金相组织,借助LEICA显微硬度计测量了各个试样的显微硬度值。通过对CCT曲线的分析为30Mn-Cr22钢石油套管热处理工艺的制定提供了理论依据。
With the thermal expansion-metallograph method and the Gleeble-1500D thermal simulator,the 30MnCr22 steel' s expansion curve of continual cooling transformation under different cooling velocities is measured,having resulted in the continual cooling transformation curve(CCT curve) of the steel.Also conducted is observation of the metallographic structures of the specimens under different cooling velocities via a ZEISS microscope.And the micro-hardness value of each specimen is measured with a LEICA micro-hardometer.The result of analysis of the CCT curve can be sued as the theoretic basis for establishing heat treatment process for the 30MnCr22 oil casings.
