摘要
本文首次报道了华癸根瘤菌在水稻、小麦、油菜和棉花4种非豆科作物根圈的定殖能力。分别通过盆栽试验并采用外源标记基因(luxAB和gusA)特异性检测技术进行检测,研究发现华癸根瘤菌不但可以在这4种非豆科植物根圈定殖,而且还能进入根内,其数量可达103个/g以上。接种华癸根瘤菌对油菜和棉花根系的生长有一定影响,并能显著促进水稻的生长,为扩大华癸根瘤菌的应用范围展示了诱人的前景。
This paper reported the results of root colonization of non legume plants by lux AB and gus A genes marked Mesorhizobium huakuii JS5A16 in pot culture experiments. M.huakuii JS5A16 not only colonizes the rhizosphere of rice,wheat, rapeseed and cotton, and the colonization density can reach 10 7 cfu/g root plus soil, it also enters the interior root of the above plants, the populations were more than 10 3 cells /g. There were obvious effects on root growth of rapeseed and cotton by inoculating M. hukuii JS5A16, and it can promote the growth of rice plant significantly.These results showed a bright prospect to enlarge the scale of Mesohizobium huakuii in agricultural production in the future.
