摘要
目的将兔骨髓间充质干细胞与纳米相羟基磷灰石/胶原骨体外共同培养,观察两者在体外复合实验中的生物相容性。方法将兔骨髓间充质干细胞与纳米相羟基磷灰石/胶原骨体外共同培养7d,分别于第1,3,7天选取标本,进行倒置显微镜、扫描电镜检查,以观察两者的复合生长情况。结果兔骨髓间充质干细胞在纳米相羟基磷灰石/胶原骨上能够良好的复合、增长、繁殖,两者复合培养后无排斥反应。结论纳米相羟基磷灰石/胶原骨具有良好的生物相容性,可作为骨组织工程理想的载体材料。
Objective To observe the biocompatibility of BMSCs and NHAC by coculturing them in vitro.Methods BMSCs and NHAC were cocultured in vitro for 7 days.After 1,3,7 days,the growth of BMSCs and NHAC were examined by inverted microscope and scanning electron microscpe(SEM).Results The BMSCs can adhere to proliferate and grow normally and perfectly on the surface and holes of NHAC.There were no rejection between them.Conclusion NHAC had good biocompatibility and can be used as ideal biomaterial in bone tissue engineering.
