通过对易切削钢和零件性能要求进行分析和试验,科学选择渗碳工艺参数,采用氮气强制空冷与保护,能够有效控制脱碳层与组织,热处理后性能可达到国外先进水平。
The performance of free-cutting steel and the parts were analyzed and tested.The carburizing process parameters were selected scientifically;Using nitrogen gas forced air-cooling and protection,the decarburization layer and the microstructure can be effectively controlled.The performance of parts after heat treatment can reach the advanced level.
