摘要
本文采用新型Ca^(2+)荧光指示剂Fura-2法,观察了16例呼吸衰竭患儿和20例健康对照儿红细胞胞浆游离钙浓度变化,结果显示患儿红细胞胞浆游离钙浓度明显高于健康对照儿(P<0.001)。9例抢救成活患儿恢复期红细胞胞浆游离钙浓度明显下降(与呼衰期比较,P<0.001)。机体严重缺氧或缺血缺氧可能是导致细胞内胞浆游离钙浓度异常升高的重要原因。
Intraerythrocytic free calcium concentration was determined with the Ca^(2+)-indicator fura-2AM in 16 children with respiratory failure and 20 healthy children. The results of the study indicated that the intraerythrocytic free calcium concentration was significantly higher in children with respiratory failure than in healthy children (P<0.001). The increased intraerythrocytic free calcium concentration significantly declined (P<0.001) during recovery period in 9 survived children. The abnormality of the intraerythrocytic free calcium concentration may be resulted from hypoxia or ischemic-hypoxia.
