非H封闭式行星齿轮传动的可靠性优化设计

摘要 在满足系统可靠度许用指标、保证传动效率许用值、满足多种运动和强度要求约束条件的前提下,以齿数、模数及齿宽系数为设计变量,以体积最小为目标对非H封闭式行星齿轮传动进行可靠性优化设计,并给出了设计实例及其与常规设计和常规优化设计结果的对比分析. The reliability optimization of non-H closed planet gear transmission was researched in this paper. The design variables were the tooth number,modulus and tooth width coefficient,respectively. The minimum volume was regarded as the objective function. The constraint conditions consist of the reliability,transmission efficiency and various requirements of the motion and intensity. A design example and optimization results are given under the prerequisite condition of meeting all the constraint conditions. The comparative analysis for various optimization results were conducted,which involved the methods of reliability optimization design,conventional design and conventional optimization design.
