Research on multi-process drawing spinning of Q235 and 1060 plates

摘要 拉深旋压是旋压成形中最常用、最具有代表性的一种成形方式。简述了多道次拉深旋压成形的原理,介绍了MC2000型数控录返旋压机的控制特性,采用圆弧式旋轮(R70mm,R10mm)对Q235(4mm,6mm)和1060(9mm)中厚板进行了多道次拉深成形试验和减薄旋压试验。结果表明,旋轮圆角半径越大越有利于金属的流动;在旋轮圆角半径一定的前提下,增大旋轮的进给速度,工件容易起皱;减薄试验显示Q235和1060板料减薄率分别达到了40%和50%。 Draw-spinning is one of the most common and representative spinning forming methods.The principle of multi-process drawing spinning and the NC characteristic of MC2000 playback machine were introduced.The drawing spinning and reducing spinning of Q235(4mm,6mm) and 1060(9mm) plates were tested by circle-arc roller(R70mm,R10mm).The results show that big radius of roller is propitious to metal flow;increasing roller feed is led to wrinkle;the thinning ratio of Q235 and 1060 reaches to 40% and 50% respectively.
