摘要
由于取消了飞轮,伺服机械压力机主要依靠伺服电机的瞬时扭矩提供压制力,而大容量伺服电机的采用,极大地提高了设备的成本,具有良好增力功能的传动系统的创新设计成为伺服机械压力机开发的关键技术问题之一。对伺服机械压力机各种无飞轮传动方案进行了功能分解,对各传动方案的特点进行了比较分析,介绍了其在典型产品中的应用,并对伺服机械压力机传动系统的发展趋势进行了讨论。
Due to the removing of the classical flywheel,the forming force of servo mechanical presses comes mainly from the instantaneous torque of servo motors.The adoption of high capacity servo motors increases significantly press costs.Accordingly,the innovative design of servo mechanical presses transmissions with preferable force amplifying function becomes one of the key problems.Various transmission plans without flywheel were analyzed,and their characteristics were compared.Their applications on typical servo mechanical presses were introduced.Further developing trends and some problems of servo mechanical presses transmissions were discussed.
