摘要
利用有限元软件Deform-3D分别对多模膛模具和单模膛模具在预锻和终锻工步时模具应力进行模拟。结果表明:多模膛模具应力分布比单模膛模具更为均匀,应力值也更低,多模膛模具完全可以满足重卡转向节的锻造要求。基于摩擦压力机抗偏载能力差的特点,该模具对各工位进行优化布置。目前,该模具已经正常生产3万件,且仍在使用。
The stress of multi-cavity die and single cavity die on pre-forging and finish-forging processes were simulated by Deform-3D respectively.The result reveals that the stress distribution of multi-cavity die is better than that of single cavity die.The value of stress is lower.Therefore the multicavity die could meet the requirement for die forging of steering knuckle of heavy truck.For the friction press is weak for unbalance loading,the cavities distribution of this die is optimized.So far,this die has produced 30,000 parts and it is still in work.
