手性磷酸在不对称傅克烷基化反应中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 傅克反应是构建与芳香化合物直接相连的碳-碳键最有效的方法之一。手性磷酸是近年来出现的一种具有全新结构且性能优异的有机小分子催化剂。基于手性磷酸催化不对称傅克烷基化反应,已成为当前催化研究的热点。简要分析了手性磷酸催化特性,按芳基受体类型的不同,综述了在该新型催化剂的作用下,一些富电子芳环与一系列底物如α,β-不饱和醛或酮、α,β-不饱和硝基烯烃、简单的醛或酮、亚胺、烯胺等之间高对映选择性的不对称傅克反应的研究进展。 Friedel-crafts reaction is one of the most efficient methods for the construction of carbon bond directly connected with aromatic compounds.The chiral phosphoric acid is an organic micromolecular catalyst with completely new structure and excellent nature appeared in recent years.It is no doubt that asymmetric F-C alkylation reaction catalyzed by chiral phosphoric acid has become a hot topic in recent years.It has been greatly achieved on asymmetric F-C alkylation reaction catalyzed by chiral phosphoric acid with excellent enantioselectivities for a series of substrates such as α,β-unsaturated aldehydes or ketones,α,β-unsaturated nitroalkenes,simple aldehydes or ketones,imines,enamines and so on.In this paper,the latest progress in the research of chiral phosphoric acid catalysts for F-C alkylation reaction is reviewed.
