摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定咳喘宁口服液中绿原酸的含量。方法选用C18柱(Elite ODS24.6mm×260mm,5μm),乙腈:0.4%磷酸(5∶95)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长327nm,柱温30℃,进样量:10μL。结果在20.16~201.6μg·mL-1浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程A=6.267×104C-3.625×104,r=0.9998,平均回收率为98.2%,RSD为1.07%(n=6)。结论本法可用于咳喘宁口服液中绿原酸的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish HPLC method of Chlorogenic acid in Kechuanning oral liquid. METHODS The Chlorogenic acid was quantiflied by HPLC on Hypersil ODS2 Cls column (4.6×260mm,5μm) ; using acetonitrile and 0.4 % phosphoric acid(5:95)as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1,0 mL· min^-1 .The detection wavelength was 327nm and the column temperature was 30℃, injection volume was 10mL.RESULTS The linear range of Chlorogenic acid was 20.16μg·mL^-1-201.6μg·mL^-1(r=0.9998) .The average recoverry rate was 98.2 %, and RSD was 1.07 %. CONCLUSION The determination method is simple, accurate and can be used for the determination of Chlorogenic acid in Kechuanning oral liquid by HPLC.
