摘要
基层电大作为电大教育的基础,在电大系统中发挥着重要作用。新时期基层电大发展面临着新的问题,既有得天独厚的优势,也有自身劣势;既面临发展的重大机遇,也遭遇外部重重威胁。本文从基层电大角度出发,采用SWOT分析法,对基层电大发展的优势(Strengths)、劣势(Weaknesses)、机遇(Opportunities)、威胁(Threats)进行全面分析,基层电大可据此制定新时期发扬优势、规避劣势、抓住机遇、应对威胁的发展策略。
As the basic of TV education,Grass-roots TV Universities plays an important role.It＇s facing new problems in the new period.It is both advantages and disadvantages,it＇s opportunities,also with external threats.We use SWOT method to analysis the Strengths,Weaknesses,opportunities and threats,In the new period,the Grass-roots TV Universities can make the development strategy promote advantage,avoid disadvantages,seize the opportunity,cope with Threats.
