摘要 简介了当前国内外生产超纯氢的三种方法及优缺点。提出了以高纯氢为原料,采用Pu-8新型吸附剂,高压低气速纯化直接灌充钢瓶下生产超纯氢的新方法。 Described briefly the three processes for ultra purity hydrogen production and their virtues and defects.Brought the new process to product ultra purity hydrogen through applied Pu-8 sorbent,raw material high purity hydrogen,high pressure and low gas speed purification,filled directly cylinder.
