摘要
［ 目的］ 对肠康宁胶囊（ 由苍枡、儿茶、赤石脂、甘草组成） 的药理作用进行研究．［ 方法］ 观察肠康宁胶囊对小鼠二甲苯耳水肿的影响、对小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的影响、对大鼠蛋清性足肿胀的影响和对小鼠醋酸扭体反应的影响．［ 结果］ 肠康宁胶囊对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳水肿、对醋酸引起的毛细血管通透性增强、在致炎后０－５ ～３ｈ 之间对蛋清引起的足肿胀均有明显抑制作用．［ 结论］ 肠康宁胶囊对多种致炎剂引起的炎性渗出、水肿具有明显的抑制作用，对醋酸、热板等引起的疼痛反应具有明显的镇痛作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the pharmacological action of the Chang Kangning capsule (made from atractylodes rhizome,cutechu,red halloysite,liquorice). METHOD To observe the effects of Chang Kangning on ear swelling caused by xylene in mice, on peritoneal capillary permeability in mice, on foot albuen swelling in rats and on twisting body reaction induced by acetic acid.RESULT Chang Kangning showes inhibition action to mouse ear swelling, to capillary permeability enhancement, and to foot swelling during 0.5～3h after inflammation.CONCLUSION Chang Kangning inhibits the inflammatory exudation and edema caused by many kinds of inflammation inducing medicinals. It has analgesia action to pain reaction caused by acetic acid and hot plate.
