摘要
对采用Aquakem 200离散分析仪测定水中的氨氮(水杨酸法),该文研究了方法的检出限、精密度、准确度及水样加标回收率。结果显示:方法检出限为0.003mg/L,0.200mg/L和1.00mg/L标准溶液的相对标准偏差分别为0.59%和0.68%,考核样测量值1.51mg/L,在标准值1.50±0.07mg/L范围内,水样加标回收率在94%~102%之间。仪器操作简单,分析速度快,尤其适合大批量水样中氨氮浓度的测定。
By using Aquakem 200 discrete analyzer to determine ammonia nitrogen in water, the detection limit, precision, accuracy, recovery of standard addition are investigated. The results show that the detection limit is 0.003 mg/L. The relative standard deviation of 0.200 mg/L and 1.00 mg/L ammonia nitrogen standard solution is 0.59 % and 0.68 % respectively. The determination result of QC sample is 1.51 mg/L, within the range of assigned value 1.50 ± 0.07 mg/L. The recovery of practical samples is between 94 % and 102 %. Due to easy operation and quick analysis, it is suitable for the determination of ammonia nitrogen in water, especially for large quantity of samples.
