摘要
采用2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵改性的超支化聚酯作为超支化絮凝剂MHP,分别对酸性、分散、直接和活性四类11种染料进行了模拟染料废水絮凝脱色处理。研究了超支化絮凝剂MHP的加入量、pH值和染料初始质量浓度对脱色率的影响。结果表明,超支化絮凝剂MHP对这四类染料都有脱色效果,其中分散染料的总体脱色效果最好。另外,通过研究不同染料的絮凝效果与染料分子结构的关系,推测超支化絮凝剂MHP对分子结构呈线性的染料有较好的絮凝效果。
Hyperbranched flocculant MHP, which was a kind of hyperbrached polyester modified with 2,3-epoxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride, was applied to decolorize 11 dyes of acid dyes, disperse dyes, direct dyes and reactive dyes. Influences of dosage of hyperbranched flocculant MHP, pH value and initial dye concentration on decoloration rate were studied. It was found that hyperbranched flocculant MHP could decolorize all the four types of dyes, and the best effect was to disperse dyes. It was deduced from the relationship between flocculation effect and molecular structure of different dyes that hyperbranched flocculant MHP featured better flocculation effect on dyes with linear molecular structure.
