摘要
简述了分子标记在木本油料植物品种鉴定、遗传图谱构建、遗传多样性分析、亲缘关系分析、分子辅助育种等方面的应用和取得的进展,并探讨了分子标记技术在木本油料植物研究上存在的问题和应用前景。
The application and progress of molecular markers in such fields as cultivar identification,genetic linkage map construction,genetic diversity analysis,genetic relationship analysis,molecular assisted breeding,and so on for woody oil plants was presented,and the exiting problems and application prospects about these was also discussed in this paper.
