摘要
自起动永磁同步电机的电抗参数是电机设计及实际运行性能的关键参数。分析了用直接负载法测试永磁电机电抗参数的原理及功角测试方法;为了测试永磁电机参数和性能,建立了测试平台,在该测试平台上对永磁电机的性能进行测试,通过数据处理和计算得到交轴电抗参数;并用空载试验测试了直轴电抗参数。对测试结果以及存在测试误差的原因进行了分析。
The direct-axis reactance and quadrature-axis reactance of the line start permanent magnet synchro-nous motor (PMSM) were the key parameters for the design and performance of motors. The principle to test the re-actance of the PMSM by direct load method and the method to test the power angle were analyzed. The test platform was built accordingly for the parameter test and performance test of the PMSM. The performance test was done on this platform. The quadrature-axis reactance of the PMSM was calculated after processing the test data and the direct-axis reactance was measured with no-load test. The test results were analyzed. It was found that there may be large errors by direct load method and the reason for the possible error was also given.
