摘要
建立了一种应用多晶X射线散射测定Hβ沸石结晶度的方法。它避开了非相干散射,只应用相干散射。以内标物CaF2与自制的Hβ沸石按不同比例配制成CaF2-Hβ系列样品,应用Hβ沸石和CaF2的结构参数,对此系列样品进行相干散射强度计算值与观察值的拟合,解出此样品Hβ的结晶度xβ为0.85。再以此xβ和Hβ,CaF2的相干散射强度ΣIβ,ΣIa代入内标法相定量公式中,求得常数K为0.250。
The framework of zeolite β is a kind of stacking fault structure,and its X ray powder scattering pattern is characterized by a coexistence of coherent scattering and non coherent scattering.The non coherent scattering of zeolite β overlaps with those of diffuse scattering from non crystalline phase.Therefore it is impossible to determine the crystallinity by conventional techniques.This study developed a method for the determination of the crystallinity of zeolite Hβ,only by using coherent scattering but avoiding non coherent scattering.A series of mixed samples with different ratios of CaF 2 to Hβ was prepared.Based on the structural parameters of CaF 2 and Hβ,the intensities of coherent scattering were calculated and the crystallinity of 0 85 of this Hβ sample was obtained by fitting the calculated data to those of experiment until a reasonable goodness of fit was reached.Subsequently,the coefficient K of 0 250 was worked out by inner standard method.With CaF 2 as inner standard,the formula for determining the crystallinity of Hβ can be written as: x β=x a0 250(1-x a)·ΣI βΣI a Where x a stands for the mass fraction of CaF 2,ΣI β and ΣI a stand for experimental coherent scattering intensities of Hβ and CaF 2 in this mixture respectively.
