摘要
用4种方法合成了聚α-烯烃-丁二酰亚胺型润滑油降凝剂,考察了烯侧链和胺侧链的碳数、烯酐比、相对分子质量以及相对分子质量分布等因素对降凝效果的影响,并通过差热分析和低温显微照相考察了降凝剂对热力学性质和蜡晶形态的影响。结果表明,降凝效果受到胺和烯侧链平均碳数制约,但胺侧链的影响高于烯侧链。对于150SN基础油,最佳产品结构为:胺侧链的碳数为16,胺和烯侧链的平均碳数为14~15,烯酐比为0.5~1.3。
The activity and mechanism of new solidification point depressants for lubricating oils were studied.It turned out that the average carbon number of amine and olefin side chains played an important role in the activity of solidification point depressants.However,the chain length of amines has a greater influence than that of olefins.Suitable ratio of olefin to anhydride falls in the range of 0 9~1 3.Effective relative molecular mass of solidification point depressant ranges from 660~9000.A wide distribution of relative molecular mass is preferable.
