摘要
从分析锤式破碎机锤头和衬板的工作条件出发,说明了采用高铬耐磨铸铁代替高锰钢制作锤头和衬板的合理性,介绍了高铬耐磨铸铁化学成分的选择,熔炼、铸造和热处理工艺,取得了较好效果。
Based on analysis about the work condition of head and liner of hammer crusher it is considered reasonable to use high-chromium abrasion-resistant cast iron to substitute for high-manganese steel to make hammer head and liner. It is introduced the selection of chemical component, smelting, casting and heat treatment process of high-chromium abrasion-resistant cast iron.
