摘要
目的：研制替硝唑凝胶。方法：用卡波姆９４０ 作凝胶基质制备替硝唑凝胶，建立了酸碱度、卫生学、含量测定等质量控制标准，对制剂进行了刺激性试验，离心试验，留样观察，光照试验。结果：ｐ Ｈ 值４ ．５ ～７ ．０ ，卫生学检查符合规定，含量测定平均回收率为１００ ．２６ ％ ， Ｒ Ｓ Ｄ 为０ ．８７ ％ （ ｎ ＝ ６） ，且凝胶稳定无变化，无刺激性。结论：本方法设计合理，稳定性好，可满足临床需要。
OBJECTIVE:To develop the gel of tinidazole.METHODS:Using Carbopol 940 as the gel stroma,the gel of tinidazole has been developed.RESULTS:The pH value is 4.5 ～ 7.0 .In the test of content,the average rate of recovery is 100.26% and RSD is 0.87% ( n =6).After going through the irritability,centrifugation,thermostability and cold test,and the test to stay in natural temperature.No changes and irritability in the gel has been found. CONCLUSIONS:The design of the gel's formulation is reasonable.The gel is stable and useful for the clinic.
