摘要 选用有特殊搅拌的预混釜和有外循环泵的特殊反应容器相结合的反应体系,通过优化醇糖比、控制复合催化剂(对甲苯磺酸+另一种有机酸)的用量,在一定的温度、压力下,控制搅拌转速及反应时间等工艺参数,得到残糖〈0.20%的粗苷。采用双氧水连续漂白和多次漂白相结合来改善烷基糖苷色泽,通过优化氧化镁用量、漂色温度、pH值、产品总固、双氧水加入时间及加入量、搅拌转速、漂色时间以及脱醇温度等漂色工艺条件,成功制出klett色度≤20的浅色的50%-70%的水溶性烷基糖苷产品。 Using premix in the pot with pt-max and special response container with pump with outer recirculation , then reaction system had been combined. Through optimizing fatty alcohol and anhydrous dextrose molar ratio, control of compound catalyst(p-toluene sulfonic acid + another organic acid) dosage,in temperature and pressure, control stir speed and reaction time and so on technological parameters, receive residul dextrose 〈 0.20% coarse alkyl polyglucoside. Hydrogen peroxide was used to improve alkyl polyglucoside colour. Through optimizing magnesium oxide dosage, bleaching temperature, pH value, product total solid content, hydrogen peroxide has been put in time and quantity, stir speed, bleaching time and remove fatty alcohol temperature and so on bleaching process conditions,it had made out successful klett chromaticity ≤20 light colored 50% -70% water-soluble alkyl polyglucoside product.
