摘要
以"耐磨橡胶"著称的聚氨酯具有优异的弹性、抗摩擦性、高强度以及耐油性等优点,但是作为研究最早的阻尼材料之一,由于一般聚氨酯的有效阻尼温域较窄,因而在实际应用中不能充分发挥其阻尼作用而受到限制。针对这一问题,该文主要综述了聚氨酯材料阻尼改性方法:添加有机小分子、共混改性以及共聚改性,并且介绍了聚氨酯的软硬段结构及填料对其阻尼性能的影响,最后展望了聚氨酯阻尼材料的发展趋势。
Polyurethane is well-known as "wear-resistant rubber" and has excellent flexibility,anti-friction,high strength,oil resistance,etc.But as one of the earliest of the damping materials,it could not fully play its damping role in practice because the effective damping temperature domain of pure polyurethane was narrow.To solve this problem,adding small organic molecules method,blending and copolymerization of polyurethane's modification methods were overviewed.And the effects of the hard and soft segments of polyurethanes and fillings on the damping properties were also included.Finally,the possible developing trend of the polyurethane damping materials was pointed out consequently.
