摘要
从加大实验室的资金投入,坚持实验教学改革,注重实验技术队伍建设,建立和完善管理体制与运行机制,构建良好的实验平台与实验环境5个方面,对院级中心实验室的建设与管理进行了有益的探索和实践,认为只有合理调配实验室资源,才能有力地促进教学和科研的发展与创新。
In the process of deepening laboratory teaching reform,the key to ensure teaching quality and improve scientific research level,is reasonable allocation of laboratory resources and scientific,standardized construction and management.To build a good experimental platform,large capital needs to invest,experimental teaching reform needs to insist,and building experimental technique needs to emphasize,and the management system and the operation mechanism need to perfect.
