摘要
随着城市建设的高速发展和城市规模的不断扩张,城市所需要配置的防空资源,尤其是人防工事也越来越多。在单纯依靠普通防空地下室已经不能满足要求的情况下,采用适当的技术手段对早期的人防工程进行的加固和改建,可以有效地缓解这对日渐突出的矛盾。以某一早期人防隧道改建工程为例,结合隧道的现状和改造要求,采用试算方法求解了改建线路及断面,并用解析法简单分析了开挖中的围岩稳定性问题。通过实践证明,本文所采用的计算和分析方法得当,该项改造对于提升人防资源行之有效。
With the city's rapid development and expansion,the necessary of the urban air defense resource,especially the civil air-defense construction is increasing.When relying solely on general air defense in the basement,it can not meet the requirements of the situation,we can alleviate this more and more serious contradiction effectively by reinforcing or rebuilding the early civil air-defense construction with suitable technical means.In this article,we take rebuilding one early civil air-defense construction for an example,to solve the rebuilding line and section by cut-and-try method,and analyze the surrounding rock stability during opening by analytical method.Proved through practice,the calculation in this text is appropriate and this conversion is effective.
