摘要 铁是人体必需的微量元素,有着重要的生物学功能。母体适量充足的铁储备是维持正常妊娠的必要条件。近年研究发现,母体储存铁的升高与妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的发病风险增高有关,是其独立危险因素;而缺铁性贫血可以降低GDM的发病率,是GDM的保护因素。由铁介导的氧化应激机制可能参与了GDM的发生与发展。 Iron is an essential nutrient with crucial biological function. Sufficient amount of maternal iron store is the necessary condition to maintain the normal pregnancy. Recent studies have suggested that elevated matemal iron store is an independent risk factor of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) ; while iron deficient anemia is a protective condition of GDM, which can reduce the incidence it. Increasing evidences suggest that oxidative stress related to high iron levels is the more likely mechanism that involved in the incidence and development of GDM.
