摘要
针对目前计算机辅助工艺设计中基于实例的工艺相似性检索问题,从总体信息、零件特征、生产批量和制造资源角度出发,提出了面向变批量生产的分层工艺实例检索策略。通过工艺知识的分层表示与组织、分层相似性匹配并设定相应的阈值,实现实例工艺的逐层过滤,最终得到一个与待加工零件机械加工工艺最相似的实例工艺。该策略克服了实例工艺检索扁平化的弊端,实现了实例工艺知识在不同层次上的重用。以某发动机缸体生产为研究对象进行了应用验证,证明了该方法的可行性和实用性。
Aiming at case-based similarity retrieval in Computer Aided Process Planning(CAPP),the hierarchical re-trieval strategy and application on process case oriented to scalable batch manufacturing was proposed from the as-pects of overall information,parts features,production batch and equipment resources.Through hierarchical repre-sentation and organization of process knowledge,hierarchical similarity matching with certain threshold value,level by level process cases filtering was realized,the most similar process case with the requested parts was finally ob-tained.This strategy overcome the flatness of case process retrieval and realized the reuse of case process knowledge on different levels.Practicability and feasibility of this strategy was verified in the cylinder of diesel engine.
