摘要
本文对文控管理的概念、意义进行了介绍;提出了总承包项目文控六大管控的内容、控制点及方法;提出了文控管理的组织方案、操作方案;提出了制度建设及文控平台建立方面的要点及措施。本文号召档案人员积极投身文控管理建设与实践。
This paper introduced the conception and the significance of the document control; proposed the six points of content, control point and method for the document control; proposed the organizational plan and the operating plan for the document control; proposed the key points and measures for the system construction and the document platform construction; this paper appeals the archivists actively involved in the management of construction and practice for the document control.
