异硬脂酰氨基酸表面活性剂的合成及其性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以N-羟基丁二酰亚胺(NHS)和N,N-二环己基碳酰亚胺(DCC)为偶合剂,采用活化酯法,在脱水剂DCC作用下,NHS与异硬脂酸生成活化酯后,直接与氨基酸进行酯化,设计并合成了3种异硬脂酰氨基酸表面活性剂。用红外光谱、质谱、元素分析对所合成的化合物进行了结构表征,并对其性能进行了测试。 With N-Hydroxysuccinimide(NHS) and N,N-Dicyclohexylcarbodimide(DCC) as coupling agent,using active ester method,NHS reacts with isostearic acid to produce active ester and then directly is esterified with amino acids.We synthesize three kinds of proline isostearoyl amino acids surfactants.The chemical purity and structure of the compounds are featured by IR,MS spectra and Elemental analysis,and the properties are alos tested.
