摘要
引入锅炉炉膛辐射能信号作为中间被调量,分别以经遗传算法工具箱优化后的模糊控制器和PI控制器为主、副调节器,构成串级燃烧控制系统进行仿真。仿真研究结果表明,该控制系统能快速响应蒸汽压力的阶跃扰动,迅速克服燃料量内扰,其控制效果明显优于常规PID串级控制。
This paper introduces the boiler furnace radiant energy signal as an intermediate variable and constitutes a cascade simulation of combustion control systems with the fuzzy controller optimized by the genetic algorithm toolbox as main regulator and the PI controller as deputy regulator respectively.Simulation results show that the control system can quickly respond to the step disturbance of steam pressure and quickly overcome the interference of fuels.Its control effect is superior to conventional PID cascade control.
