无创与有创紧急序贯心脏起搏在心肺复苏中的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨在临床紧急情况下将无创与有创两种心脏起搏技术序贯应用的临床价值。方法:将76例心脏骤停的患者随机分成A、B两组,A、B两组患者均按2005年心肺复苏指南给予常规的心肺复苏术,其中A组联合应用经皮体外起搏,B组患者在联合应用经皮体外起搏后均紧急进行经静脉体内起搏。结果:B组患者的循环复苏率显著高于A组(χ2=4.56,P<0.05),但复苏成功率比较,无显著性差异(χ2=1.21,P>0.05)。结论:无创-有创序贯紧急心脏起搏能提高心脏骤停患者的循环复苏率,但不能提高患者的出院率;无创-有创序贯紧急心脏起搏在心肺复苏中有一定的应用价值。 Objective:To investigate the value of emergency sequence cardiac pacing with invasive and noninvasive in cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods:76 patients with sudden cardiac arrest were divided into group A and B.Both group A and B cardiopulmonary resuscitate with guidelines of CPR 2005.Group A applied with cardiac pacing with noninvasive,group B applied with cardiac pacing with invasive after noninvasive.Results:The ratio of the heart resurrection of group B superior to group A(χ2=4.56,P0.05),but the CPR succeed rate of group A and B had no significant difference(χ2=1.21,P0.05).Conclusion:Cardiac pacing with invasive after noninvasive could increase the rate of heart resurrection,but could not increase the hospital discharge rate;cardiac pacing with invasive after noninvasive has certain value.
