摘要
采用搅拌实验装置对乙醇胺(MEA)为主体的三种二元混合胺溶液MEA-TETA(三乙烯四胺)体系吸收和解吸模拟烟道气中CO2特性进行研究,揭示了吸收速率、吸收量和pH值与吸收时间之间的内在联系,并与目前工业应用较广的MEA、DEA(二乙醇胺)溶液进行了对比;对CO2初始逸出温度、试液再生温度、试液再生率、再生pH值下降率进行了细致记录分析。结果表明,0.7 mol.L-1MEA-0.3 mol.L-1TETA是较佳的MEA-TETA混合胺体系,混合胺二种组分之间存在较弱的负交互作用。
The absorption and desorption characteristics of carbon dioxide in simulated flue gas were studied by different MEA and TETA proportion solutions in stirred experiment equipment.The relation among absorption rate,absorption capacity,pH value and absorption time were obtained.And the MEA-TETA system contrast analysis was conducted to MEA and DEA.Some data,such as start-emission-temperature of carbon dioxide,regeneration temperature of amine solutions,regeneration rate of amine solutions and pH value decline rate in regeneration,were carefully recorded and analyzed.It was shown that 0.7 mol·L-1 MEA-0.3 mol·L-1 TETA was a better proportion solution of MEA-TETA mixed system.Also the result of experiment indicated that there was a week negative mutual action among the two amine components.
