摘要
目的了解招聘护士离职原因,为有效稳定护理队伍提供决策依据。方法分析某院招聘护士离职原因并探讨对策。结果近两年该院招聘护士离职22人,其中医院辞退6人(27.27%),辞退原因为个人整体素质差,不能胜任护理工作;本人提出申请辞职16人(7273%),其中自谋职业者10人(62.50%),感到护理工作压力大,待遇低4人(25.00%),其他原因2人(12.50徇;辞职者工作年限3年以内者10人(62.50%);未聘护士职称10人(62.50%)。结论招聘护士已成为医院护理人力资源的重要组成部分,但在护理队伍中相对不稳定。应进一步加强招聘护士管理,充分调动招聘护士的工作积极性,关心她们的工作和生活,采取有效措施减少招聘护士的流失。
ObjectiveTo To understand the reasons for the recruitment of nurses leaving ,For effective stabilization the care team and provide basis for decision making. Methods recruitment of nurses for leaving a hospital and explore countermeasures. Results recruitment of nurses leaving hospital the past two years are 22 persons,6 dismissed by the hospital (27.27%), due to the overall quality of the individual difference, not competent care; 16 persons made an application to resign (72.73%), in which self-employment were 10 (62.50%), 4 persons for the stress and low paymengt (25.00%), other reasons were 2 persons (12.50%); resign within 3 years work experience who were 10 (62.50%); not employed nurses Title 10 (62.50%). Conclusion recruitment of nurses has become an important part of hospital care component of human resources, but relatively unstable in the care team. Nursing recruitment should be further strengthened to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of recruitment of nurses, care about their work and life, take effective measures to reduce the loss of recruitment of nurses.
