宫内缺氧后胎鼠肾内血管内皮细胞生长因子、环氧合酶-2的表达及意义

摘要 目的:探讨宫内缺氧后胎鼠肾内血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、环氧化酶2(COX-2)的表达及意义.方法:孕21d健康SD大鼠,制作胎鼠宫内缺氧模型,取胎鼠肾组织H-E染色,VEGF、 COX-2免疫组织化学显色. 结果:缺氧组新生鼠VEGF、 COX-2阳性细胞数和积分光密度值均随缺氧时间延长而增大. 结论:一定时间宫内缺氧可刺激胚胎大鼠肾内VEGF和COX-2的表达增加,COX-2与VEGF表达呈明显的正相关. Objective: To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in the kidneys of fetal rats following intrauterin hypoxia. Methods: 21 d-conceiving healthy SD rats were used to establish the intrauterine hypoxia model of fetal rats, and then their kidney tissues were taken out immediately after intrauterin hypoxia being stained by H E. VEGF and COX-2 expression were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The number of VEGF and COX-2 positive cells and the IOD of VEGF and COX-2 positive cells in the hypoxia group was increased with hypoxia time increasing. Conclusion : Hypoxia can increase the expression of VEGF and COX-2 in the kidneys. The expression of COX-2 is positively correlated with that of VEGF.
